Delete Your Account

You can delete your PRUV account and your data yourself, at any time, from inside the app. If you can't get into the app, you can ask us by email instead.
Option 1: Delete from the app
- Open the PRUV app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Your account and data are deleted straight away. This can't be undone.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the email address on your PRUV account:
Please include the following information so we can verify and process your request:
- The email address associated with your PRUV account.
- Your registered name or username, if available.
- A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted.
Email requests can take up to 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email address.
- Your profile, including your profile picture, body measurements and goals.
- All your workouts, templates, programmes, weigh-ins and personal records.
Progress photos are never uploaded to us — they live only on your phone. Deleting the app removes them.
Data we may keep
- Bug reports and feature requests you sent us, kept for up to 2 years from when you sent them so we can finish the work they describe. After deletion they are no longer linked to an account. Email us if you want one removed sooner.
- Your beta NDA acceptance record, if you were a beta tester. It's a legal agreement, so we keep it for 6 years after the beta ends.
